Methyl ammonium antimony iodide (MA3Sb2I9) perovskite-like materials have gained enormous attention from the scientific community because of their excellent aerobic stability, good optical properties, and less-toxic nature. Herein, we report on the simulation of FTO/TiO2/MA3Sb2I9/spiro-OMeTAD via solar cell capacitance (SCAPS) software.
