The study discusses the effectiveness of strategic planning in the development of human resources in the Ministry of Labor and Administrative Reform, considering that the strategic planning is one of the important mechanisms to achieve the integration, interaction and coordination between the various components of human resource development within a comprehensive perspective at the level of the ministry.
