This research dealt with the role of public relations in achieving the objectives of Da'wah organizations. The research aimed to identify the public relations activities in the Islamic Call Organization, as well as design a conceptual framework for the importance of the role of public relations management, and to clarify the importance of the role of internal and external communication in public relations in the Islamic Call Organization. The problem of the research was the main question: Does public relations have a clear and understandable role in the Organization of Islamic Call? What is the nature of this role and its most important programs? The research followed the descriptive analytical method and the case study method. Dependeins on the questionnaire and field interview tool to reach the results of the research was the most important; The graduate students in universities, especially the students of the International University of Africa, as well as the most important problems facing the Department of Public Relations in the Organization was the lack of competent cadres in the field in addition to the overlaps between the competencies of departments, and some other departments Important Public Relations Department, and also the Public Relations Department to the organizational structure of the Organization of the Islamic Call tracking the Department of Management, which are reluctant to the role of President. The research also came up with a number of recommendations shide the most important; that the public relations body to be a stand-alone management without interference from other departments in its work and tasks, as well as the need to follow the public relations directly to the leadership or senior management (Secretary- General) of the organization. As an early warning system for crises and work as an advisory management for senior management, and also the importance of strengthening public relations management cadres of specialists and qualified in the field of public relations
