El impacto de las candidaturas independientes: una mirada desde el Estado de México (proceso electoral 2021)

The next study text pretend to analyze the evolution of the Independent (CI) in Estado de México the electoral processes during 2015 to 2021 since their incorporation in the Código Electoral del Estado de México in 2014. To understand this is necessary to know the law and the regularities that regulate the factal conditions during the elections to find out the main obstacles during their foundation because of the obtained results were showed a few acomplishment, this as a consecuence of the legal actual area which is still being kind to the political parties´s system. Considering the difficulties between the independent candidates there are the multiple requirements to obtein the register, the high percent they need to obtain citizen signatures, the unequal financing in front the political parties. Those are the main reassons to modify the Código Electoral, so it could garantee the political parties´s particiation in the elections so they could activate the passive votes. The Instituto Electoral del Estado de México data give us the independent candidate´s number, registers and winners during this study line.El presente trabajo  tiene como objeto analizar el impacto de las candidaturas independientes (CI) el Estado de México a partir de su incorporación en el Código Electoral de la entidad, para ello, se hace una revisión conceptual, normativa y actual para determinar cuáles han sido las condiciones en las que los ciudadanos han hecho uso de este derecho a solicitar su registro como candidatos y aspirar a algún cargo de elección popular como gobernadores, diputados por el principio de mayoría o integrantes de ayuntamientos, así como conocer cuáles han sido los principales retos a los que se enfrentan las candidaturas independientes respecto a los partidos políticos. Así, de acuerdo con los resultados obtenidos en procesos electorales desde 2014, las candidaturas independientes se han visto poco favorecidas, por lo cual, se deben considerar las condiciones normativas que las dejan en desventaja respecto de los partidos políticos
