O Corpus hermético é uma coletânea atribuída a Hermes Trismegisto composta por 17 breves tratados de caráter pedagógico-sapiencial, redigidos ao redor dos sécs. I-III d.C., nos arredores de Alexandria. Transitando entre a religião, o misticismo e a filosofia, esses textos versam sobre a criação do mundo, a condição humana e o seu potencial ontológico.
