This study aims to determine and provide empirical evidence regarding the effect of compensation, work environment, and work discipline on teacher performance with organizational commitment as an intervening variable in honorary teachers at senior high schools/equivalents in Tebas and Semparuk districts. This research is a causal associative research with a quantitative approach. The population of this study amounted to 120 teachers.
