Background: Finding reliable diagnostic markers for gastric cancer (GC) is important. This work uses machine learning (ML) to identify GC diagnostic genes and investigate their connection with immune cell infiltration.Methods: We downloaded eight GC-related datasets from GEO, TCGA, and GTEx.
