Despite a transitioning model regarding the treatment relationship between doctors and patients supported by the emergence of laws in favor of patients’rights, AD is barely leveraged. Medical literature has shown interest for a few years in this paradox but is still very limited concerning the study of facilitating factors to the AD redaction.
