International audienceHigher education system must change to answer new societal challenges. In such a context, teachers’ values, identity and professional practices come into question regarding expected evolution. It is necessary for governance, teachers and students, to go beyond experimentation and to achieve a deep transformation of teaching practices. According to a literature review, in the context of development of a program-based approach which aims at engaging students and at facilitating employability, teaching teams get involved in pedagogical transformation under certain conditions.
