Critical infrastructures (CIs) are essential for maintaining the socio-economic stability and wealth of a population, and ensuring their resilience against failures and disruption is of the utmost importance. As CIs are connected with each other through various relationships of interdependency and complex coupling interfaces, and they are often operated by independent entities, their analysis and optimization is a challenging task.
