The increase of video content and video resolution drive more exploration of video compression techniques recently. Meanwhile, learning-based video compression is receiving much attention over the past few years because of its content adaptivity and parallelable computation. Although several promising reports were introduced, there is no breakthrough work that can further go out of the research area.
