La transformation numérique des organisations, la culture de l’organisation à l’épreuve du numérique : l’exemple du Secours Catholique France

The purpose of this research is on the digital transformation of organizations. We are interested in testing the organizational culture in the face of digital. We want to study and understand the process of digital transition of organizations. To do this, we are particularly interested in interactions and actions that are born within an organization as a result of the change brought about by the advent of digital technology and therefore the digital acculturation of the actors within the organization. We also take into account for this study the organization, the actors, the working environment and digital devices that are mobilized to perform digital transformationL’objectif de ce travail de recherche porte sur la transformation numérique des organisations.
