Contribution of the understanding of the Holy Spirit as a giver of life in the face of the current crisis of meaning. Approach based on selected works of Didymus the Blind and Basil of Caesarea

El abordaje investigativo desarrollado en este trabajo monográfico se fundamentó en una aproximación metodológica inspirada en la praxis de la misericordia ante la situación de sufrimiento, que toma como base el evangelio en Mateo 8,39. Dicha aproximación es propia del método de la teología de la liberación, cuya impronta, propiamente latinoamericana, brinda la posibilidad de desarrollar una propuesta teológica a partir de las problemáticas humanas particulares de nuestra sociedad. En correspondencia con dicho método, el primer capítulo titulado «Crisis de sentido en la sociedad actual», busca desarrollar la mediación socio-analítica caracterizando el problema de la crisis de sentido, a fin de develar sus manifestaciones hoy. En el segundo capítulo, denominado «Espíritu Santo como dador de vida. Acercamiento desde las obras seleccionadas de Dídimo el Ciego y Basilio de Cesarea», se realiza el desarrollo de la mediación hermenéutica a partir del análisis de las obras seleccionadas, en función de identificar la comprensión de los autores respecto al Espíritu Santo y su acción vivificante en el ser humano. De esta forma, se procura un ejercicio atento a percibir, seleccionar y organizar los elementos que dan cuenta de aquellas intuiciones de los autores que pueden llegar a constituirse en iluminaciones para el encuentro con el sentido y la elaboración de una praxis liberadora. En el capítulo final, titulado «Vida en el Espíritu como fuente de sentido» se expone la propuesta de la mediación práctica, gestada en procura de conectar la fe (como punto de partida formal) con la praxis (como punto de partida material) mediante una síntesis actualizante en la cual se señala el aporte que surge del análisis de las obras frente a la problemática caracterizada en la mediación socio-analítica.The research approach developed in this monographic work was based on a methodological approach inspired by the praxis of mercy in the situation of suffering, which is based on the Gospel in Matthew 8:39. This approach is typical of the method of liberation theology, whose Latin American imprint offers the possibility of developing a theological proposal based on the particular human problems of our society. In correspondence with this method, the first chapter entitled "Crisis of meaning in today's society", seeks to develop the socio-analytical mediation by characterizing the problem of the crisis of meaning, in order to reveal its manifestations today. In the second chapter, entitled "The Holy Spirit as giver of life. Approach from the selected works of Didymus the Blind and Basil of Caesarea", the development of the hermeneutic mediation is carried out from the analysis of the selected works, in order to identify the authors' understanding of the Holy Spirit and his life-giving action in the human being. In this way, an attentive exercise is sought to perceive, select and organize the elements that give account of those intuitions of the authors that can become illuminations for the encounter with meaning and the elaboration of a liberating praxis. In the final chapter, entitled "Life in the Spirit as a source of meaning", the proposal of practical mediation is presented in an attempt to connect faith (as a formal point of departure) with praxis (as a material point of departure) through an actualizing synthesis in which the contribution that emerges from the analysis of the works in the face of the problematic characterized in the socio-analytical mediation is indicated.Magíster en TeologíaMaestrí
