This paper presents a hot-cold antenna measurement facility, developed on Stellenbosch University grounds, that can measure the noise temperature of integrated antenna systems. The facility allows outdoor Y-factor measurements to be performed in an RFI rich environment for preliminary characterisation of integrated antenna system prototypes from 1 - 2 GHz
