Les salariés-actionnaires améliorent-ils performance RSE de leur entreprise ? Analyse des droits de vote exerçables

International audienceFrench employee shareholders represent 42% of all employee shareholders in Europe. Corporate Social Responsibility is becoming an increasingly important performance criterion for investors, customers, employees, in short, for all corporate stakeholders. We study the link between these two variables by asking the following question: does employee ownership affect the CSR performance of companies in France? We do so on the basis of a quantitative study based on an econometric model that we have built and applied to 102 SBF120 companies. Our results indicate a significant link between employee ownership and CSR performance
