Notes on the Qualitative Behaviour of Quantum Markov Semigroups

In these notes we provide a survey of results connected with the large time behavior of Quantum Markov Semigroups.More precisely, we explore a number of conditions on its generator allowing one to study the following properties of the semigroup: – Existence of stationary states; – Existence of a faithful stationary state; – Convergence towards the equilibrium; – Recurrence and Transience.
