Pelteobagrus fulvidraco integrated multi-trophic aquaculture system (YPS) is a new ecological culture system of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco. In this manuscript, we used high throughput sequencing technology and the water analysis method to analyze the bacterial community characteristics of YPS and the water environment, respectively. The results showed that the concentration of total nitrogen (1.47~1.84 mg/L) and total phosphorus (0.14~0.18 mg/L) reached the discharge standard of freshwater pond aquaculture water, and the concentrations of ammonia (0.10~0.95 mg/L) and nitrite (3.85~6.68 μg/L) were lower than those in traditional ponds, which was suitable for the growth of Pelteobagrus fulvidraco.
