The purpose of this study is to investigate how undergraduate students perceive leadership competencies and their impact on innovative behaviour. A quantitative research approach was applied in this investigation. The study’s results were validated using quantitative analysis. SPSS software was used to conduct the data analysis. Descriptive statistics were used to summarise the respondent’s information. The independent t-test and analysis of variance (ANOVA) were used to compare the differences in the level of innovative behaviour based on demographic background.
