MAY THE HARMONISATION OF EUROPEAN CONTRACT LAW FACILITATE THE RESOLUTIONOF INTERNATIONAL ECONOMIC CONFLICTS?This paper strives to enhance the reader’s understanding of the European contract law harmonisation concept from the point of view of conflict management. The main aim of this paper is to determine whether the harmonisation of European contract law may facilitate the resolution of international economic conflicts, in particular at the level of small and medium sized enterprises.
