A study of organizational culture in the Institute of Political Science at the University of WrocławIn the article the conslusions coming from the research into organisational culture, conducted in the Institute of Political Science at the University of Wrocław were presented. The employed research instrument was the OCAI questionnaire, created by Kim S. Cameron and Robert S.
