Dispatcher3 D4.3 - Architecture and prototype description

This deliverable is the technical description of the final release of Dispatcher3 prototype including: the infrastructure and data used for developing the different machine learning models, the individual models, which have been improved from the first release, and the Advice Generator that assembles the final models to produce advice for pre-departure and planned flights. All the technical actions completed during the development of this final prototype are documented. The document focus on reporting the evolution with respect to the first release. This deliverable also collects information about the data infrastructure and data sources used for the completion on this project. This document represents the status of the prototype and is complemented by D4.4.—Prototype package(final release) which contains the binaries of the prototype and a user manual, and by the binaries of Dispatcher3 prototype submitted to the Topic Manager
