The objective of this research article is to base communication strategies to strengthen the image of the non-profit organization called Maprovisad, A.C., from the city of Chilpancingo, Guerrero, which emanate from qualitative research through the study method of cases, in which an analysis was carried out from three theoretical lines on which this study was based, which are: strategic communication, management of intangibles and corporate image. First, the image that the NGO has before its strategic audiences was identified, through the application of various research techniques to both internal and external audiences; to know from both perspectives the dimension of notoriety that the entity has.
