Repercusiones post-covid del personal de salud que atendió a pacientes positivos en un hospital de León, Guanajuato

The objective of this research is to understand and analyze the post-COVID complications presented by men and women dedicated to the first line of care for positive patients in a public hospital in the city of León, Guanajuato, Mexico. This with the objective of generating courses of action for a therapeutic treatment that facilitates their recovery, in addition, inferences and relationships are made about the gender of those infected, their employment status in the health institution and their morbidities prior to contagion. The instrument consisted of a 10-item questionnaire in addition to background information that was answered by 235 workers. It is concluded that hospital workers still have repercussions derived from their COVID infection, not only physical health but also psychological and labor consequences.La presente investigación tiene el objetivo de conocer y analizar las complicaciones post-COVID que presentaron los hombres y mujeres dedicados a la primera línea de atención de pacientes positivos en un hospital público de la ciudad de León, Guanajuato, México. Ello con el objetivo de generar cursos de acción para un tratamiento terapéutico que facilite su recuperación, además se hacen inferencias y relaciones sobre el género de los contagiados, su estatus laboral en la institución de salud y sus morbilidades previas al contagio. El instrumento consistió en un cuestionario de 10 ítems además de información de contexto que fue respondida por 235 trabajadores. Se concluye que los trabajadores del hospital aun tienen repercusiones derivadas de su contagio de COVID, no solamente de salud física sino también consecuencias psicológicas y laborales
