La política de estado de la seguridad ciudadana, en el distrito de Carabayllo, año 2020

The Research Project entitled "State Policy of Citizen Security, in the District of Carabayllo, year 2020" has the general objective of Describing how is the action of the State Policy regarding citizen security in the District of Carabayllo, year 2020. In this case, the Research is qualitative, under a phenomenological scheme based on obtaining data from an orderly conversation. A survey is applied via an interview to the collaborators, such as the Manager of Citizen and Road Safety of the District Municipality of Carabayllo, the three commissioners, of the Commissioner of Santa Isabel, of Progreso and of San Pedro de Carabayllo and two members of the neighborhood councils. The chosen collaborators have the necessary or convenient capacity to respond to the questionnaire referring to citizen security. The choice of the informants was randomly, but looking for the participants to be, Authorities in Exercise, the technique was the interview, the instrument was the questionnaire and the interviewer, the validity of the questionnaire was given by the experts' judgment. The contributions that are named in this report were extracted from the conversations carried out with the collaborators, under the form of emerging categories.El Informe de Investigación titulado “La Política de Estado de la Seguridad Ciudadana, en el Distrito de Carabayllo, año 2020” tiene como objetivo general Describir como es el accionar de la Política de Estado ante la seguridad ciudadana en el Distrito de Carabayllo, año 2020. En este caso la Investigación es cualitativa, bajo un esquema fenomenológico basada en la obtención de datos de una conversación ordenada. Se aplica una encuesta vía una entrevista a los colaboradores, como lo son el Gerente de Seguridad Ciudadana y vial de la Municipalidad Distrital de Carabayllo, los tres comisarios, de La Comisaria de Santa Isabel, del Progreso y de San Pedro de Carabayllo y a dos miembros de las juntas vecinales. Los colaboradores elegidos tienen la capacidad necesaria o conveniente para dar respuesta al cuestionario referido a la seguridad ciudadana. La elección de los informantes fue de forma aleatoria, pero buscando que los participantes sean, Autoridades en Ejercicio, la técnica fue la entrevista, el instrumento fue el cuestionario y el entrevistador, la validez del cuestionario lo dio el juicio de expertos. Los aportes que se nombran en el presente informe fueron extraídos de las conversaciones efectuadas con los colaboradores, bajo una forma de categorías emergentes
