Inclusión de estudiantes con necesidades educativas especiales y la gestión del aprendizaje docente: en las instituciones educativas

The research entitled Inclusion of students with Special Educational Needs and Teacher Learning Management arises from the need to incorporate, provide quality education with equity, avoiding exclusion even outside due to situations of being in the group with special deprivations. The state This provision of services must be guaranteed with professionals who are permanently updated and trained to efficiently serve this group of students. In this sense, this article shows that we are not far from making possible a true educational inclusion through learning management. The objective is to demonstrate the influence of teachers' learning management in the insertion process of students with special educational deficiencies, the method used was the systemic one which generated matching and establishing perceptions to conceive knowledge about the insertion of students with SEN. and teacher learning management. For an inquiry analysis, data was obtained directly by applying the primary method, descriptively correlational, non-experimental design, the technique used was hypothetical deductive, establishing a correlation between cause and effect.La investigación titulada Inclusión de estudiantes con Necesidades Educativas Especiales y la Gestión del aprendizaje docente  surge por  la necesidad de incorporar, brindar una educación de calidad con equidad, evitando la exclusión aun este fuera por situaciones de hallarse en el grupo con carestías especiales .El estado debe  garantizar esta prestación de servicios con profesionales permanentemente actualizados y capacitados para atender  eficientemente a este grupo de educandos. En tal sentido el presente artículo demuestra que no estamos lejos de hacer posible una verdadera inclusión educativa mediante  la gestión de los aprendizajes. El objetivo es Demostrar la influencia de la Gestión de aprendizajes de los profesores en el  proceso de inserción de las educandas con insuficiencias educativas  especiales, el método empleado fue el sistémico el cual genero  emparejar y establecer  percepciones para  concebir conocimientos sobre la inserción de educandas con  NEE y la gestión de aprendizajes docentes. Para un análisis de indagación  se obtuvo datos de forma directa aplicándose el  método primario, de modo descriptivo correlacional, diseño no experimental, la técnica  utilizada fue la hipotética deductiva, instaurando una correlación entre causa y efecto
