Personal assistance as one of the services of social protection is aimed at helping citizens, that is, helping a special category of citizens - people with disabilities. Given the specific needs of these persons, personal assistance as a special type of social protection is of great importance, especially if we take into account the recent demographic changes in the structure of the population, the increase in the share of persons requiring some form of social protection services, and especially this kind services.
