Copyright:Methods: The study covered population of Serbia during the 1991-2010 period. Mortality trends were assessed using the joinpoint regression analysis.Results: Trend for overall death rates from malignant lymphoid and haematopoietic neoplasms significantly decreased: by -2.16% per year from 1991 through 1998, and then significantly increased by +2.20% per year for the 1998-2010 period. The growth during the entire period was on average +0.8% per year (95% CI 0.3 to 1.3). Mortality was higher among males than among females in all age groups.
