Introduction: Due to the nature of work in pharmacies pharmacists may occur job burnout, which can affect the quality of health services. It is necessary to use validated instruments to test the burnout. One type of instrument is Shirom-Melamed Burnout Questionnaire (SMBQ). Objective: The primary objectives of this work are: cultural adaptation and assessment metric characteristics of SMBQ in a population of pharmacists in Serbia.
