PERBEDAAN INTENSITAS NYERI PADA PASIEN PERSALINAN NORMAL SEBELUM DAN SESUDAH TERAPI MUSIK RELIGI DI RUMAH SAKIT UMUM DELI SERDANG LUBUK PAKAM TAHUN 2014

Pain is unpleasant situation with regard to ill threatening or imagined, is marked by worries. Pain control in labor is a very important thing because the determination whether a woman can birth by a normal labor or terminated by an act due to of pain. Nurses can help reduces pain by a technique one of using therapy music religion. Religious music therapy technique is a method of reducing pain by playing music that is useful for pain disappeared. The purpose of this study was to determine the difference intense of pain in the patients with normal labor before and after treatment of music religious in RSUD Deli Serdang Lubuk Pakam 2014. The research was conducted of research design by Quesi Experiment through the design time series design. Sample of this study using purposive sampling limited within 7 days by the number 8 as the respondent sample data obtained through observation and tested by simple t test or paired t-test by help of a computer. From the results of research conducted in 8 respondents can result p <a0,005% (0.004% p <0.005), which explains there are the differences the intensity of labor pain at RSUD Deli Serdang Lubuk Pakam. so Ho rejected and Ha accepted. Based on research results by doing the religious music therapy in patients with normal labor can reduce pain intensity
