THE EFFICACY OF LEADERSHIP COMMUNICATION UNDER ECONOMIC CHALLENGES

The use of leadership communication encourages and motivates employees of an organisation to behave with more power and be productive in order to satisfy strategic managerial targets and decisions. It is also helpful when it comes from a successful leader who knows to turn on a team to become more effective and productive in a very demanding and fast changing global working environment. The aim of this article is to examine the challenges that leaders face at workplace, and how external reasons can affect their decisions and actions to keep a team together. It also presents the role of leadership communication when it is implementing in big complex organisations, and manages diversity for a better result. This article also does a critical analysis of leadership actions under pressure, when external economic reasons affected organisations which operate in the higher education sector of Cyprus
