Diabetes Mellitus is a chronic disease characterized by an increase in blood sugar levels caused by damage to the pancreas gland as a producer of the hormone insulin, resulting in impaired metabolism of carbohydrates, fats, and proteins. The aim is to analyze the application of diabetes exercise in clients who have diabetes mellitus. The research design is descriptive research, using case study method. Participants consisted of 2 clients who had type II diabetes mellitus, and were taking medication. The results of the implementation of diabetes mellitus exercise showed changes in blood sugar levels in the first client, namely a decrease of 30% and in the second subject, namely 60%.
