MENGENAL KARAKTER ANAK UNTUK MEWUJUDKAN KEMANDIRIAN PADA MASA ERA DIGITAL 5.0

Community service activities that will be carried out are in the form of educating the community through outreach and education activities to the community about recognizing children's characters to realize independence in the Digital 5.0 era in Sei Balai Village, Batu Bara District. The targets in this Community Service activity are local residents. The implementation of community service was carried out first by counseling in the Asahan University Thematic KKN program in 2022 and then implementing practical assistance from the socialization. Availability of experts from Asahan University lecturers in English Education Study Program and the role of students involved, participants (community), local officials so that this Community Service activity can be carried out.Community Service activities are useful in educating the importance of knowing the character of children in the development of education and technology in Indonesia, thereby increasing public interest and motivation to continue higher education levels.Keywords: education, children's characters, Digital 5.0 er
