The objective of this review was to identify the main treatments available for obstructive sleep apnea syndrome. A search for information was carried out in Pubmed, BVS, Science Direct, Scopus, Web of Science, Scielo, Ovid, Lilacs, Research Gate, and Redalyc using the different exclusion and inclusion criteria. A qualitative assessment was performed with a total of 22 articles (7 Randomized Clinical Trials, 1 Systematic Review, 2 Case Reports, 2 Meta-Analysis, 1 Retrospective Pilot Study, and 9 Literature Reviews).
