The study aimed to clarify occupational pressures of Medical and Nursing Staff and their Impact on the Extent of Medical Errors in government hospitals in the Najran region. The study adopted qualitative method, where the study used descriptive and analytical approach to describe occupational pressures of Medical and Nursing Staff and Their Impact on the Extent of Medical Errors in government hospitals in the Najran region.
