Housing policies concern complex and multidimensional decision problems, as far as they engage different stakeholders with different objectives and values. Moreover, these policies represent a significant effort in reaching social sustainability, with the aim of encouraging community engagement and the reduction of social inequalities. Within this context, an evaluation tool able to manage multidimensional impacts derived from these policies is required in order to assess the nature and the degree of these effects on the involved stakeholders.
