Job satisfaction becomes a major obstacle or key towards the organization as it might impact the productivity and long-term goals of the organization. Theoretically, the organization’s performance and productiveness of many organization are impacted by job satisfaction. This, research was done among employees who are working in Perak. The data for this research was gathered through survey questionnaire. The questionnaires were distributed to financial services sector and the participants of this research are 396 respondents.
