The main aim of this study is to study the Impact of E-Learning on Employee’s Performance in Corporate Companies. The study indicates a strong significance of the variables in explaining employees’ performance within the context of corporate companies in Penang region. The study adopts quantitative research method of primary source was utilized to collect the data from three hundred and seventy corporate companies staff as respondents by using simple random sampling technique and data collected and analyzed by using Statistical Package for Social Science (SPSS).
