Estratégias semânticas no discurso do MEC e ideologia

This article aims, from the perspective of discourse semiotics, to analyze the semantic strategies employed in texts published on the website of the Ministry of Education (news, documents, programs, especially those focused on literacy) to put into circulation certain ideological values, at the same time that, by appropriating themes dear to the discourses with which they maintain polemical relations, they change, distort or subvert them. We seek to show how the theme of science is treated in the texts, which thematic combinations are associated with it, its polemical and consensual interdiscursive relations and, in this context, how the figure of the teacher is constructed. It was observed that triages were operated, starting from a regime of exclusion, in order to restrict the value of science in government discourses about literacy, which are associated with the themes of technology, market and professionalization. There is also a division of thematic roles regarding the actors involved in the pedagogical process, so that teachers are the operators of practical activities thought and elaborated by “specialists”, endowed with an effective scientific and technical knowledge. Este artigo tem como objetivo, à luz da semiótica discursiva, analisar as estratégias semânticas empregadas em textos publicados no site do Ministério da Educação (notícias, documentos, programas, especialmente os voltados para a alfabetização) para colocar em circulação certos valores ideológicos, ao mesmo tempo que, ao se apropriar de temas caros aos discursos com os quais mantêm relações polêmicas, os alteram, distorcem ou subvertem. Buscamos mostrar a ênfase no tema da ciência, como ele é tratado nos textos, quais combinações temáticas são a ele associadas, suas relações interdiscursivas polêmicas e consensuais e, nesse contexto, como a figura do professor é construída. Observou-se que foram operadas triagens, partindo de um regime de exclusão, de modo a restringir o valor da ciência nos discursos governamentais sobre alfabetização, que se associam aos temas da tecnologia, do mercado e da profissionalização. Há também uma divisão de papéis temáticos no que se refere aos atores que estão envolvidos no fazer pedagógico, de modo que os professores são sujeitos operadores das atividades práticas pensadas e elaboradas por “especialistas”, dotados de um saber científico e técnico eficaz
