Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui Pengaruh Harga (1), Kualitas Produk (2) dan Layanan Purna Jual (3) Terhadap Kepuasan Konsumen Notebook Acer (Studi kasus mahasiswa FEB Unmul Samarinda). Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan menggunakan data pengumpulan regresi linier berganda. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa faktor harga, kualitas produk dan layanan purna jual secara simultan atau bersama-sama memiliki pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap kepuasan konsumen notebook Acer (studi kasus mahasiswa FEB Unmul Samarinda) dan antara variabel independen yang diteliti, menunjukkan bahwa variabel harga memiliki pengaruh yang dominan terhadap kepuasan konsumen notebook Acer (studi kasus mahasiswa FEB Unmul Samarinda
