The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of job satisfaction and self efficacy as well as self esteem on employee job job performance. This research was conducted at the Office of PT. Graha Mandala Sakti Bontang sampling method using purposive sampling, with commissioners and managers do not include the amount of the population used as many as 250 people and collected samples of 80 people on the employee stay with the work 1 year.
