The research objective was to determine the effect of workload on employee performance at PT.Sumber Sawit Sejahtera in Pelalawan Regency. The method used is descriptive quantitative method and the data analysis technique used is simple linear analysis. As for the instrument of PT. Sumber Sawit Sejahtera in Pelalawan Regency, data is in the form of questionnaires and interviews with a sample of all employees of the maintenance department, totaling 32 people. The results showed that partially the workload had a positive and significant effect on the employee performance of PT.
