Analisis Faktor-Faktor Yang Mempengaruhi Keputusan Mahasiswa Dalam Memilih Jurusan Manajemen Fakultas Ekonomi Dan Bisnis Universitas Islam Riau (Studi Kasus Mahasiswa Universitas Islam Riau Jurusan Manajemen)

This study aims to identify and identify the factors that influence student decisions in choosing the Department of Management, Faculty of Economics and Business. The sample in this study amounted to 57 people with the sampling method using purposive random sampling. The method of data analysis was carried out descriptively and quantitatively with multiple linear regression analysis tools. The results showed that aspiration, academic programs, education costs, location, promotions, facilities, and parents had a positive and significant influence on student decisions in choosing Management majors in the economics faculty
