The decline in oil recovery in the oil and gas field is a problem that must be faced now and in the future along with the increasing demand for petroleum energy. Several factors that cause a decrease in oil recovery are factors in the mature field with a reservoir containing heavy oil which makes it difficult for oil to flow. In addition, most of the reservoirs in the oil and gas field contain water, so that more water is produced than oil production. In previous studies, hydrolized polyacrylamides (HPAM) polymers were used. However, this type of polymer is not able to work in rough reservoir conditions, high temperatures and high pressures.
