Minat Dan Motivasi Perempuan Memilih Jurusan Penjaskesrek FKIP Universitas Islam Riau Kota Pekanbaru

The purpose of this study was to determine the interests and motivations of women choosing the Department of Physical Education, Faculty of Teacher Training and Education, Islamic University of Riau, Pekanbaru City. For clarity, this type of research is a quantitative descriptive study with a questionnaire as the instrument. The population used in this study were 21 students of Penjaskesrek Class of Faculty of Teacher Training and Education Islamic University Riau Pekanbaru City. The sample technique used is purposive sampling , which is to give questionnaires directly to 21 female students to be filled in according to certain criteria. The data analysis technique used is to calculate the percentage value of the final score of the questionnaire. From the results of the study, the conclusions obtained in this study are: the interest and motivation of women in choosing the Department of Physical Education and Health, FKIP, Islamic University of Riau, Pekanbaru City, is included in the value range of 76%-85% or in the good category with a percentage of 77.41
