Counselling during the Inquisition (1323-1329). The practice of the consultation of experts by Inquisition courts has not been studied in depth although archive documents abound, offering an original prospect on the inquisitorial system. One of its characteristics comes from its positioning, at the same time partially metajuridical (by its constant reference to the requirements of conscience and its real concern with social representativeness) and definitely jurisdictional.
