During the design and manufacturing process of the truss antenna, the surface accuracy of the truss antenna is inherently affected by tolerance. An appropriate optimal design of the truss antenna structure is important to improve surface accuracy. In order to receive the optimal design of the truss structure, this paper adopts the multiobjective optimization algorithm based on an approximate model to optimize the tolerance model with random error. Firstly, considering the influence of the processing and assembly errors of the members on the surface accuracy of the structure, the equilibrium state equation of the truss is established by the principle of minimum potential energy.
