Mapas conceptuales para formación de habilidades profesionales en estudiantes de la carrera de Estomatología

Introduction: the improvement of the training process of professionals is addressed in this research with a didactic developer’s approach, where it should be taught to reinforce the intrinsic learning system of each person.Objective: to design a concept map for the training process of communicative diagnostic of professional skills in the students of the 4th academic year of dentistry studies.Method: the study was based on the dialectical-materialist method for its ability to integrate the qualitative and quantitative analysis of this training process of communicative diagnostic of professional skills through documentary review and diagnosis.Results: the establishment of the theoretical foundations from the didactic developer. The proposal of the design of a concept map for the training of the communicative diagnostic skills in 4th academic year students, guaranteeing the best mastery of the modes of action, with a systemic, coherent and integrating character, that are complemented also through the training courses for professors of the specialty and methodological workshops in order to reinforce the development of interdisciplinary and academic-year relationships.Conclusions: the training process to develop skills is insufficient, and the development of these is not included in the card of skills. The design of a concept map to the training of communicative diagnostic skills in these students is provided.Introducción: el perfeccionamiento del proceso de formación de profesionales se aborda en esta investigación a partir del enfoque de la didáctica desarrolladora donde se debe enseñar a reforzar el sistema de aprendizaje intrínseco de cada persona.Objetivo: diseñar un mapa conceptual para el proceso de formación de habilidades profesionales diagnósticas comunicativas en los estudiantes de 4to año de la carrera de Estomatología.Método: el estudio se sustentó en el método dialéctico-materialista por su capacidad de integrar lo cualitativo y lo cuantitativo para el análisis de dicho proceso de formación de habilidades profesionales diagnósticas comunicativas a través de la revisión documental y el diagnóstico. Resultados: el establecimiento de los fundamentos teóricos desde la didáctica desarrolladora. La propuesta del diseño de un mapa conceptual para la formación de las habilidades diagnósticas comunicativas en los estudiantes de 4to año, garantizando el mejor dominio de los modos de actuación, con carácter sistémico, coherente e integrador, que se complementen también a través de cursos de capacitación a docentes de la especialidad y talleres metodológicos para el desarrollo de relaciones interdisciplinarias y de año.Conclusiones: el proceso de formación de habilidades es insuficiente, y estas no están incluidas en la tarjeta de habilidades. Se aporta el diseño de un mapa conceptual para la formación de las habilidades diagnósticas comunicativas de los estudiantes
