Il lavoro presenta i risultati di uno studio sperimentale sul comportamento sismico di pareti di aste realizzate con profili sottili formati a freddo e controventate lateralmente con pannelli in legno e in gesso. Lo studio è stato condotto con riferimento a due sottostrutture, nominalmente identiche, progettate in modo da contenere tutti gli elementi essenziali alla realizzazione di tale tipo di manufatti. Su uno dei due provini è stato imposto uno spostamento laterale monotonamente crescente fino al raggiungimento di una resistenza laterale trascurabile.
