Tawadhu sebagai implementasi kecerdasan emosional: Studi kasus terhadap Jamaah Tarekat Qodariyah wa Naqsabandiyah (TQN) Di Masjid Jami At-Taufiq

Today there are many disputes arising from friends and foes that can cause mutual envy and jealousy of one another. The problems of life are what make humans arrogant or arrogant who are not grateful for the help of Allah, so that emotional intelligence can be disturbed. Dealing with Islam In this tariqah, the way out for some people in the meeting above themselves in order to make a tawadhu with Allah and can be increased faith in Allah, and can bring tawadhu and emotional motivation in yourself. The purpose of this research is to find out how understanding of tawadhu among the Qadariyah Wa Naqsabandiyah Congregation, implementation of tawadhu as a form of emotional intelligence in daily life, as well as how the method used in tawadhu as the implementation of emotional intelligence in the Qadariyah Wa Naqsabandiyah Congregation. This study uses a qualitative method by describing data and is supported by observation, interviews, literature studies, and documentation as data collection techniques from this research. From the results of research that the author has done that understanding tawadhu among the congregation of the Qadariyah Wa Naqsabandiyah Congregation is tawadhu as one of the praiseworthy moral attitudes that must be possessed by Muslims and avoiding the arrogant attitude or takabbur towards fellow humans by way of dhikr and pray to Allah SWT in order to avoid the attitude of morality that is commendable arrogant, implementation of tawadhu as a form of emotional intelligence in daily life is an emotional attitude which is a negative attitude because someone will be arrogant or takabbur, refrain from arrogant attitude by restraint or control themselves from their desires by increasing gratitude for the gift of Allah Almighty , the method used in tawadhu as the implementation of emotional intelligence in the congregation of the Waqqiyah Wa Naqsabandiyah Congregation is by way of the practices of wirid, talqin which is guided by the murshid that will arise in the tawadhu in himself in the congregation of the Tarekat Qadariyah Wa Naqsabandiyah
