By understanding the Supervised Curricular Internship (ECS) as a third training space, a place of dialogue between school and university, the present study aimed to identify the way that Physical Education undergraduates perceive the contribution of ECS to their initial training and preparation for teaching. Twenty undergraduates participated in a daytime teaching course in Physical Education, and answering an online questionnaire. NVivo was used to organize the corpus, followed by Discursive Textual Analysis, which resulted in three final categories: Teaching assignments; Professional training within the school; Relation between theory and practice.
